When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Our web host also records standard technical information, such as your IP address, for security.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our communication, and are deleted when no longer required.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@wiredwizzards.com and we will respond promptly. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act of Zambia.
